I am able to book based on availability Mon to Fri 6pm and 9pm Mountain Time, Sat 10am to 4pm Mountain Time.

Please make sure to take a backup before we start. See How to take a backup with Updraft Plus if you need assistance with this, as the backup can take an hour or more to complete at times.

  1. How do we connect for the work to be done?
  2. I will send you a zoom link with a remote connection code, you will need to install the zoom remote connection software. You can download the zoom client in advance here.

  3. What if my support call is less than the time I purchased?
  4. Session time is counted in 15 minute increments, if you have 15 minutes remaining or more the additional time can be saved for a future support call.

  5. What if we are unable to resolve the issue?
  6. In the rare instance that we are unable to resolve the issue and have attempted all possible fixes, then you can request a refund at the end of the session. If we are no longer in session and the issue is not resolved you can email me at hello@wpbloggerassist.com to request a refund, considered on a case by case basis.
